Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

At Suara Silver, each piece of jewellery is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch. Given the nature of stainless-steel jewellery, we follow a transparent but strict policy to protect both our customers and our brand.

 

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. Cancellation Policy

 

  • Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If an order is cancelled successfully, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.

 

2. Return Eligibility

 

We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery only in the following cases:

 

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is defective

  • The wrong product has been delivered

 

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or minor variations in design or finish.

 

3. Return Conditions

 

To be eligible for a return:

 

  • The return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, certificates (if any), and invoice must be intact

  • The product must pass quality inspection and authenticity verification upon receipt

 

Any return that fails authenticity or quality checks will be rejected and returned to the customer.

 

4. Return Process

 within 5 days of delivery with:

 

Order ID

 

Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

 

Reason for return

 

Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

 

The product must be shipped back within the timeframe provided.

 

5. Return Shipping

 

Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

 

We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking and insurance.

 

Suara Silver is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

 

6. Refund Policy

 

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product passes inspection and authenticity verification.

 

Refunds will be processed as a net refund, after deducting:

 

  • Bank transaction charges

  • Payment gateway fees

that are already levied at the time of payment and are non-recoverable.

 

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

 

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

 

7. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

 

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or tampering

  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or documentation

  • Customised or special-order jewellery (if applicable)

  • Products failing authenticity or quality verification

 

8. Exchange Policy

 

Exchanges may be offered solely at the discretion of Suara Silver, subject to product condition and stock availability.

 

9. Fraud Prevention

 

Suara Silver reserves the right to:

 

  • Decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy

  • Take appropriate action in cases of suspected misuse, abuse, or fraudulent return activity
